After Mat got back from Fiji, he had two days to prepare for his message for Sunday and for the REACH Evangelism class he was teaching Sunday night. I was also incredibly busy with getting ready for our servant ministries fair that began on Sunday. Then on Monday, our good friend, Duncan, came in from Australia. He's moving here to be on staff at COC! PRAISE the LORD! So we picked him up from the airport and then got ready to leave Tuesday morning on vacation. Tonight is our last night on vacation in Rocky Point. It's been SO wonderful being able to hang out and do...well...nothing but swim, walk the beach, eat and play with the kiddos. We've gotten some much needed rest and we're bummed we're leaving tomorrow, but also excited to get home to begin preparing for lots of upcoming events!
The weather in Rocky Point has been great. It's humid, but it's so windy from the hurricane that it balances out! The girls love it here. They love to gather sea shells with Nanny and Papa and they especially love the lazy river and the swim up taco bar! It was so great to spend so much time being with the girls and just letting them have fun!
